Abbey’s Wrist was created as an Indie Rock side project of Carphax Files (now CF2020). This side of myself needed to be expressed, but didn’t quite fit in the same space as CF, and I wanted to keep them separate. I could never really define what sound was coming from AW because it was simply different from most things I was use to doing. It’s absurdly fun music with morose lyrics.
